The compensation offered to the candidate selected for the position will depend on several factors, including the candidate's educational background, skills and professional experience. Job Title: Supervisor Location: Newark Beth Israel Medical Center Req#: 0000191243 Status: Full-Time Shift: Day Department name:Case Management Job Overview: Responsible for planning, managing, implementing, and evaluating the daily operations of the Department of Case Management which includes oversight of effective resources utilization and the provision of high quality and excellent care. Work in collaboration with CM Director, administration and physician leadership to establish measurable standards and outcomes. Oversee nurse case management and social work services. Provide education to the frontline CM team; Conduct quality monitoring of staff productivity and documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements; Conduct reviews and follow up of patient experience concerns to ensure high quality of care; Ensure continued development of the program to improve site performance of the CM Department and to enhance provision of case management services. This is a full-time position responsible for the oversight of CM activities on the weekends and requires a schedule inclusive of weekends each week. Qualifications: Required:
