Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to be the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for ensuring a seamless service experience by greeting customers, preparing repair orders, providing clear and timely communication about repairs, and delivering completed coaches with exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Additionally, they will proactively identify opportunities for additional services and administer warranty claims as needed.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Welcome customers upon arrival and guide them through the check-in process, ensuring their comfort.
  • Clearly communicate with customers in person, over the phone, or via email regarding service estimates, repair updates, and any necessary changes.
  • Open, update, and close repair orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Work closely with the service team to formalize and present estimates to customers.
  • Proactively suggest additional services where appropriate to enhance customer experience and vehicle performance.
  • Determine warranty coverage and process warranty claims according to company policies.
  • Ensure all customer concerns are addressed promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
  • Facilitate smooth coordination between customers, technicians, and parts departments.

Salary: $80,000 - $82,500

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • Previous experience in a service advisory, customer service, or automotive role preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of repair processes, warranties, and service procedures is a plus.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • A customer-first mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
