Position Overview:
As a Project Coordinator / Analyst Intern, you will play a key role in our project management efforts, collaborating directly with project leads to deliver impactful outcomes. This internship offers you the chance to engage in meaningful work rather than routine departmental tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of project-related tasks, ensuring that all project milestones are met on time and within specified budgets.
* Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and present data to support decision-making processes. Help run and aggregate data for regular reporting, presenting findings to stakeholders to inform project adjustments and outcomes.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to gather project requirements and provide updates.
* Presentation Development: Prepare and deliver presentations that summarize project status, insights, and recommendations to team members and leadership.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to streamline workflows through automation and other efficiency-enhancing techniques.

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • A keen interest in developing leadership and project management skills.

Schedule Requirements:

  • This internship will be June 2nd - August 8th 2025.

  • Must be able to work up to 40 hours/week

  • M-F Hybrid role includes onsite at MGB local sites and Assembly Row.

  • Remote working days require a stable, quiet, secure working area that is HIPAA compliant

  • Onsite events are planned ahead, working days onsite weekly vary for department needs, must be flexible.
