Position Summary Perform routine and preventative maintenance at the University campus with a strong focus on HVAC systems. Address service requests from faculty, staff, and students, and complete assigned work orders from facilities supervisors. Responsibilities include inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and minor installations related to heating, cooling, and ventilation systems, ensuring reliable and safe operation across multiple campus buildings. Required Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications Two-year degree or certification in a technical field. Five or more years of experience in facilities maintenance. Position requires background check and other applicable pre-employment checks. Benefits for this position are in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement with IUOE Local 148. Union employees receive health, retirement, and tuition benefits, as well as sick time and paid vacation. Hourly wage is $32.23 per hour.
