Description Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Performing on-press make readies Preparing raw materials for each job change over Feeding printing presses Maintaining the operation of printing presses Replacing ink cartridges as needed Cleaning printing presses and work area Ensuring product conformance to specifications Maintaining exceptional quality All other duties as assigned Qualifications Quality conscious individual Good communication skills High attention to detail Basic computer skills Ability to differentiate colors Willingness to work 2^nd shift (Monday - Friday 2pm-10pm) or 3^rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 10pm-6am) with some overtime/weekend work Knowledge/experience in in Offset printing, and Lithographic Printing Presses a plus, but no experience required Qualifications Behaviors Detail Oriented - Capable of carrying out a given task with all details necessary to get the task done well Team Player - Works well as a member of a group Dedicated - Devoted to a task or purpose with loyalty or integrity Motivations Job Security - Inspired to perform well by the knowledge that your job is safe Flexibility - Inspired to perform well when granted the ability to set your own schedule and goals Experience 1 years: Off Set Printing (preferred)
