About the McGrath Outpatient Pavilion: Located in Hillcrest, the McGrath Outpatient Pavilion is a state-of-the-art, 250,000-square-foot medical facility designed to meet the growing healthcare needs of our region. Spanning six floors, this advanced facility is home to key clinical programs and offers specialized diagnostic, treatment, and surgical services. With a strong emphasis on cancer care, we are committed to delivering world-class medical services in a patient-centered environment. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program or equivalent years of experience. Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) in AB and OB/GYN. BART or BLS at time of hire with commitment to get BART within six (6) months of hire date. Recent experience in a similar role and setting. A minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience is required at the Sr. Ultrasound Tech level. Excellent communication skills and demonstrated computer skills. Possess the skills, knowledge, and abilities essential to the successful performance of the duties assigned to the position. SPECIAL CONDITIONS Employment is subject to a criminal background check and pre-employment physical. Must be able to work flexible hours, which may include days, evenings, nights, weekends, holidays, on-call, and some overtime, as needed. Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $134,780 - $134,780 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $64.55 - $64.55 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable).
