INTRO TO POSITION Our Marketing Team The NPM Marketing team provides strategy and support to National Public Media's sponsorship teams in a dynamic and demanding media environment. We execute B2B marketing strategies to build awareness, understanding and consideration of NPR sponsorship in-market.Led by the VP of Marketing, NPM Marketing collaborates with teams across the country to achieve ambitious revenue goals.We are a fast-paced team with a lofty vision, creative drive and collaborative spirit. This Role The Marketing Coordinator role is an entry-level position that supports a full suite of integrated marketing activity and collateral, with a primary focus on communications and content creation. This position reports to the Manager, Marketing & Communications. This position is hybrid, but candidates must reside within commuting distance of Washington, D.C. or NYC. EDUCATION REQUIREMENT A BA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Management, etc. WORK LOCATION Hybrid Permitted: This is a hybrid permitted role. Some aspects of this role include duties that are better performed at an NPM facility. The employee will be required to be onsite at the Washington DC or NYC office at least 10 days a year. The employee must also reside in an NPM-supported location based on the number of onsite days they choose. JOB TYPE This is a full-time, exempt position. COMPENSATION Salary Range: The anticipated salary for this opportunity in the U.S. is $52,000- $54,000 plus benefits. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum salaries NPM expects to provide for new hires across all US locations. Benefits: NPM offers access to comprehensive benefits for employees and dependents. Regular, full-time employees scheduled to work 30 hours or more per week can enroll in NPM's benefits options. Benefits include access to health and wellness, paid time off, and financial well-being. Plan options include medical, dental, vision, life/ accidental death and dismemberment, long-term disability, short-term disability, and voluntary retirement savings for all eligible NPM employees.
