Bid Specialist Join ourBid team as a Bid Specialist, where you will have the unique opportunity for a cross-functional experience in your role in the tenders team during your assignment. You will be based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. In your role you will support the bid team from request for quote to execution handover, developing initiatives related to Key Performance Indicators (KPI) thhat will allow us to operate more efficiently to deliver winning proposals in a timely manner. Responsibilities * Analyze the bid KPI's and help define areas of improvement. * Maintain a database of bid-related information for future reference and analysis. * Alignment with the commercial team to ensure bid resource availability. * Support bids preparation in line with Signaling and Solutions strategy with the support of the tender team. * Collaborate with sales, finance, and engineering teams to gather necessary information for the bid. * Identify, analyze and register the risks and saving opportunities. * Ensure that Transport and Signaling Bid Processes are followed. * Review and edit bid documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements. * Evaluate and control tender budget. * Assist in post-bid analysis to evaluate the success of bids and identify areas for improvement.
