Could you be the full-time onsite Technical Publications and Training in Pittsburgh, PA, US we're looking for?

Your future role

"Take on a new challenge and apply your seasoned expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside dedicated, innovative, and collaborative teammates. You'll contribute to the enhancement of our Quality & Continuous Improvement efforts by developing and delivering top-tier technical publications and training. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (including engineering, installation, and project management), revising courseware material to ensure high quality, and much more." "Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive signaling systems knowledge in a role central to our project's success. You'll work alongside proactive, skilled, and results-driven teammates. You'll lead the charge in ensuring the successful execution and handover of railway signaling subsystems. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as engineering, system integration test, and safety validation), manage and supervise installation and test & commissioning activities, and much more."

We'll look to you for:




  • Participating in customer base knowledge analysis,



  • Identifying training objectives and needs,



  • Developing training program concepts and requirements,



  • Preparing supplier standards and work instructions,



  • Revising and commenting on training deliverables from suppliers,



  • Ensuring the relevance of technical information in training materials,



  • Writing and updating lesson plans, manuals, and training aids,



  • Creating examinations aligned with course objectives,



  • Coordinating logistics and material availability for training execution

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferably electronics or embedded systems) or a Technician Degree with equivalent experience.,



  • Experience or understanding of Installation, T&C or V&V activities for signaling projects.,



  • Knowledge of railway installation processes and interface with Design, Installation stakeholders.,



  • Familiarity with one or more signaling subsystems such as IXL, ATC, DCS, etc.,



  • Strong communication skills in English (read, written, spoken).,



  • Ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders and work collaboratively.,



  • Flexibility and availability for short or long missions in different locations and countries.,



  • Analytical thinking to solve complex system failures and prioritize customer satisfaction.
