Position Summary The Maintenance will be utilized for housekeeping and grounds maintenance at Lafayette. His/her responsibility will be, working to maintain a clean and safe environment for the residents, and staff. Assure that the floor is ready every day for Community Integration service's needs. Essential Functions
Working Conditions Ability to walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel and twist on an intermittent or sometimes continuous basis. Ability to grasp, push, pull objects such as brooms and floor cleaning equipment, and reach overhead. Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment, blower, lawn mower, and paint sprayer. Ability to lift up to 50 lb Minimum Qualifications
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities
Education
High School or Equivalent (required)
Experience
Minimum one-year experience in housekeeping and grounds maintenance. (required)
Licenses & Certifications
Driver's License (required)
