What You'll Do:
- Inspect, service, and repair a variety of rental tools and equipment (small tools, skid steers, lifts, etc.)
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues to keep our fleet in top condition
- Perform routine maintenance and safety checks to ensure reliable performance
- Work closely with customers and team members to answer equipment-related questions
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

- Experience in equipment repair, mechanics, or a related field (preferred but not required)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

Mechanical Knowledge: Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Prior experience with small engines, construction equipment, or tool repair is a plus.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs regularly, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
Work Environment: Ability to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain, as some tasks may be performed outdoors.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Willingness to learn new repair techniques.
Attention to Detail: Ability to perform safety checks, identify issues, and ensure all equipment is in working order before renting.
Written Communication & Paperwork: Must accurately complete service reports, maintenance logs, and rental documentation. Ability to clearly document repairs, issues, and recommendations.
Customer Service Skills: Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining basic equipment functions when needed.
Team Player: Ability to work independently and collaborate with a close-knit team in a fast-paced environment.
Valid Driver's License: Preferred but not required.
