Cognizant Technology Solutions is seeking a Senior Recruiter who will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for various roles within the organization. This includes sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in recruitment, a keen eye for talent and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires candidates to be local as it will require 3 days onsite in Cupertino, CA. Responsibilities * Lead the recruitment process from start to finish ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for candidates. * Oversee the sourcing of candidates through various channels including job boards social media and networking events. * Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process. * Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit. * Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs. * Collaborate with the HR team to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures. * Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement. * Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and communication. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment. * Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and vendors. * Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. * Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. * Travel as needed to attend job fairs networking events and other recruitment-related activities. Qualifications * Possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in recruitment with a proven track record of success. * Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Exhibit excellent organizational and time management abilities. * Show proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software. * Have a keen eye for identifying top talent and assessing cultural fit. * Display the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. * Be willing to travel as required for recruitment activities. * Hold a relevant certification in recruitment or human resources. * Demonstrate knowledge of employment laws and regulations. * Exhibit strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Show a commitment to continuous learning and professional development. * Have experience in managing relationships with external recruitment agencies. Education/Certification: * MBA In Humar Resources * Certified AIHR Professional Applications will be accepted until 2/28/2025 This is an contractual hourly position with Cognizant and selected resource will be on Cognizant W2. Candidates should be local and be in the office 3 days a week. Cognizant Technology Solutions will not be able to provide sponsorship now or in the future. |
