Job Summary

We are seeking a Lead Developer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Database and SQL React JS JavaScript and CSS. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

This is a Hybrid role to Mountain View, California

Exp: 7+ years of experience is a must.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of web applications using React JS JavaScript and CSS
• Oversee the design and maintenance of databases ensuring optimal performance and security
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Conduct code reviews to maintain code quality and best practices
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to improve application performance
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies
• Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and daily stand-ups
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions
• Document technical specifications and development processes for future reference

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in Database and SQL React JS JavaScript and CSS
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Show experience in Product Lifecycle Management is a plus
• Have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions
• Display the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Certifications Required

Certified SQL Developer React JS Certification

• The annual salary for this position is between $104K - $150K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
  This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
