Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead with 12 to 16 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Material UI Object Oriented JavaScript Vite JS Angular 9-12 Next JS React JS TypeScript CSS3 Node js and HTML 5. Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable web applications using Material UI Object Oriented JavaScript and Vite JS.
• Oversee the implementation of Angular 9-12 Next JS and React JS to create dynamic and responsive user interfaces.
• Provide technical expertise in TypeScript CSS3 Node js and HTML 5 to ensure high-quality code and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure the architecture and design of applications align with best practices and industry standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
• Mentor and guide junior developers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to continuously improve the development process.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure smooth operation of applications.
• Optimize application performance and scalability to handle increasing user loads.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architecture design and code to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
• Participate in project planning and estimation to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Contribute to the companys purpose by developing innovative solutions that enhance user experience and drive business growth.

Qualifications

• Must have strong experience in Material UI Object Oriented JavaScript Vite JS Angular 9-12 Next JS React JS TypeScript CSS3 Node js and HTML 5.
• Experience in the Finance & Accounting domain is a plus.
• Should have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Must possess strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Should be able to mentor and guide junior developers.
• Must be proactive in staying updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
• Should have experience in optimizing application performance and scalability.
• Must be able to develop and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Should have experience in conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback.
• Must be able to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Should have experience in project planning and estimation.
• Must be detail-oriented and committed to delivering high-quality code.
• Should have a strong understanding of best practices and industry standards in web development.

Certified Web Developer Angular Certification React Certification TypeScript Certification

The annual salary for this position is between $81K - $141K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
