Primary Objective:

The Operations Lead is responsible for the delivery of the product, maintain inventory levels. Coordinate with branch manager, the service department the service team's schedule. The Operations Lead must understand the overall business of the clients and their requirements to deliver impactful customer service of AAF/Flanders products and services. The Operations Lead is also responsible for creating a culture of a safe working environment and training of operational personnel within the branch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule the delivery of the product to ensure our customer receives it in a timely manner.
• Works in coordination with Regional Branch Manager, service team and the warehouse personnel to fulfill orders and to complete the service program of each customer.
• Responsible of logistic to ship product based on the branch and customer needs.
• Works in coordination with the Customer Service Department to get all orders ready to be picked up or deliver.
• Close out orders in a daily basis in our SAP system.
• Maintain ample levels of inventory with Regional Branch Manager, to meet delivery and service expectations of all branch customers, this includes purchasing of product for the branches.
• Oversee and adjust inventory on a weekly basis.
• Working closely with Credit Department at Corporate to determine appropriate credit level and resolve any credit issues.
• Work closely cross-functions. Provide requested branch specific information and provide vital information in a timely manner.
• Monitor and improvement of processes.
• Be available outside regular working hours in case of emergencies within the branch as required.
• Hold safety meetings, security reports, maintain facility per environment, health, and safety standards
• Close out/Scan orders daily in our system.
• OSHA 10 certification requirement.
• Perform other duties as assigned or requested

• Must be proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Microsoft Office, CRM (salesforce.com), and ERP (SAP, Other).
• Customer Service tools
• Warehouse operations
• Valid Driver's license
• Experience with SAP an asset.
• Minimum 2-5 years Operations experience within the manufacturing, distribution, and/or service industry.
• Supervisory experience preferred, including that of commercial drivers and service technicians.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience desired.
• Basic math skill is needed to be able to figure percentages and to verify figures.
• Interpersonal skills needed to work with team members and provide high level customer satisfaction
