Training Curriculum Developer
Purpose:


  • Valkyrie Enterprises is seeking a Training Curriculum Developer to support for modernization and upgrade initiatives for Sensor Distribution Systems (SDS) in Virginia Beach, VA.
  • A hybrid teleworking option is available.


Job Description:


  • Develop Navy Training System Plans (NTSP)
  • Perform Yearly Reviews of NTSPs
  • Develop Computer Based Training (CBT) hosted on Navy e-Learning
  • Develop and perform Front End Analysis (FEA)
  • Develop Planned Maintenance System MIPs/MRCs
  • Develop Maintenance Task Analysis
  • Develop Failure Modes & Effects & Criticality Analysis (FMEA/FMECA)
  • Level of Repair Analysis (LORA)


Qualifications:


  • Must have 3 plus years of experience with naval systems.


  • Must have experience working with Microsoft Office Suite (I.e., Project and Excel)
  • Must have experience working with SSDS or Shipboard systems.


Desired Qualifications:


  • Experience in Technical Writing for Naval Systems, preferred.
  • Experience with utilizing Navy Data Environment (NDE) with various modules, preferred.


Security Requirements:


  • Must have an Active DoD Secret Security clearance, and the ability to maintain clearance.
  • Must maintain clearance eligibility to access military facilities, naval shipyards, and private shipyards.


Travel Requirements:


  • Less than 10%
  • If position requires travel by domestic flight or access to secure federal facilities/military bases, candidate must be able to obtain (by start of position) and maintain appropriate identification credentials, such as REAL ID. Physical Requirements:


  • Must be able to work in an office, industrial, or shipboard environment.
  • Be able to lift and move materials not to exceed the guidelines set for one-man lift.
  • Must be able to perform site surveys and carry a laptop computer.

Pay Range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year
