Job Purpose: An integral part of the business development process at Sanmina is the Strategic Solutions Group ("SSG") that acts as a center-of-excellence for Sanmina's sales organization and drives Sanmina's highest priority, new business engagements. The Strategic Solutions Manager ("SSM") role is highly visible within Sanmina and key to our business development efforts. In this role, the SSM will work closely with Sales, senior management and Operations leaders in the development of proposal responses. The SSM should expect to work on a wide variety of transactions ranging from new business development opportunities, RFI/RFQ responses, customer supply chain analysis, and potential strategic transactions with customers across multiple Sanmina industries and geographies. Education/Experience:
Salary range:120,000.00 - 160,000.00. Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program. |
