To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking a DISTRIBUTION SALES MANAGER for the Florida, Georgia, and Puerto Rico territory to join our winning team.

Essential Functions

Manage Distributor network and assist distributors to meet or exceed sales targets.

  • Develop and manage relationships with distributors.
  • Conduct sales training of distributor personnel.
  • Assist distributors in developing and implementing sales strategies.
  • Work with distributors to promote Mindray products.
  • Coordinate/Attend local tradeshows.
  • Troubleshoot field problems and report problems to management.
  • Provide distributor-level sales support.
  • Follow order processing and related logistics.

Knowledge/Educational Requirement

  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience with at least 2 years of healthcare capital equipment sales experience. 2 + years of Patient Monitoring and Anesthesia system sales experience preferred. Distribution experience strongly preferred.
  • Education: B.S. / B.A.

Skills and Abilities

  • Strong sales skills and knowledge of the strategic selling process.
    • Strong Patient Monitoring clinical knowledge.
    • Motivated, self-driven, strategic individual possessing excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making skills, and creative skills.
