We are seeking an experienced Infra Engagement Director with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AWS Well-Architected Framework and a background in IT business support. This hybrid role requires strong technical skills and the ability to drive impactful projects that align with our companys goals and societal impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure solutions using AWS Well-Architected Framework.
• Oversee the assessment and optimization of existing infrastructure to ensure alignment with best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and support to project teams to ensure successful delivery of infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Ensure that infrastructure solutions are scalable secure and cost-effective.
• Monitor and manage infrastructure performance to ensure high availability and reliability.
• Develop and maintain documentation for infrastructure processes and procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance infrastructure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Conduct regular reviews and audits of infrastructure to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the company remains competitive.
• Foster a culture of innovation and excellence within the infrastructure team.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior team members to support their professional development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure infrastructure projects align with the companys strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Possess a strong understanding of AWS Well-Architected Framework and its application in infrastructure design.
• Demonstrate experience in IT business support and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues.
• Show proficiency in infrastructure monitoring and management tools.
• Have strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying current with industry trends.

Certifications Required

AWS Certified Solutions Architect or similar certification relevant to AWS Well-Architected Framework.

Salary and Benefits:

The annual salary for this position is between $[119,000-167,000] depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
