To drive continued success in this exciting Medical Device field, we are seeking an Inside Sales Representative, Service Contracts to join our winning team.

Job Summary:

This position reports to the Director of Service Operations & Tech Services at Mindray North America, a manufacturer of medical equipment. The position will be responsible for promoting and developing Service Sales in North America. The candidate is expected to be self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions
  • Manage the service sales process. This will include warranty & contract expiration notice, prospecting, quote generation and contract negotiations
  • Establish and maintain a strong rapport with our customers
  • Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets while value-selling our offerings
  • Work with field sales and option sales specialist to develop account and market strategies
  • Assist Marketing in the development of service promotional material
Decision-Making Authority
  • Negotiate contract and option pricing with customers and C-level management
  • Explain contract T&Cs to customers and legal representatives
  • Manage customer courtesies as needed to close business and maintain customer relations
Educational Requirements, Skills and Abilities
  • 5+ years of inside or service sales experience.
  • A team-oriented individual with exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  • Sales professional with "hunter" capabilities with a passion for success and experience developing consultative relationship.
  • Strong ultrasound clinical knowledge.
  • Good understanding of customer service with strong interpersonal skills.
Physical Demands/Work Environment
  • Light lifting < 20 pounds
  • Light travel on occasion to customer sites and sales meetings
