The Weitz Company is seeking a Project Executive to join our Denver, CO business unit. This candidate will ideally have experience in market sectors such as processing advanced manufacturing, semiconductors, and emerging markets throughout the United States. Candidates must be well-versed and experienced in Design-Build and Target Value Delivery (TVD). The Project Executive is responsible for the overall success of assigned projects by overseeing the construction operations while providing leadership and management direction. This role develops project team members, identifies continuous improvement opportunities, and assists with the creation of a business unit strategic growth plan and budget. The Project Executive typically reports to the Director of Operations. What You'll Do:
