Summary

As an Assembler Lead, you will efficiently assemble complex parts and components. The role requires teamwork to achieve production goals and ensure quality. You may coordinate the work of other assemblers and assist in their training.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Reading and interpreting complex blueprints and schematics

  • Assembling of a wide range of components using manual and automated tools.

  • Assisting the production supervisor in leading a small team

  • Maintaining accurate records of assembly progress

  • Improving assembly processes

  • Follow and complete daily standard work requirements

  • 70-75% of the time will be required to assemble stages based on the production plan.

General Tasks

  • Strict compliance with the quality, occupational safety and environmental regulations.

  • Implementation of the instructions of the quality / environmental management representative and the occupational safety specialist.

Requirements

  • Have experience in assembling techniques and project development

  • Be able to read and understand assembly instructions, diagrams, and other necessary work instructions

  • Demonstrate proficiency in using various hand and power tools and machinery.

  • Possess good communication skills and work well in a team environment
