Title: Transportation Driver Location: Hopkinsville, KY 42240 Pay Rate: $12.50/Hour on W2 without benefits Duration: 4+months Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Day Job Description: Operates vehicles that require valid driver's license to transport clients to and from doctor's appointments, x-rays, labs, and etc. Inspects and cleans designated vehicles to keep in safe, serviceable condition. Performs preventative maintenance on vehicles using hand tools. Maintains clean work area. Answers phones to schedule clients doctor's appointments and schedules transport when client is released. Maintain daily log of runs. Other duties as assigned. Required Qualification: Must be High School Graduate. Employees required to maintain valid driver's license and required to drive a licensed vehicle
