Overview

The Global Financing and Credit Trading (GFCT) Analytics team is looking to add an Analyst/Associate level credit analyst to the Jacksonville platform.We are seeking prospective employees with strong analytical and communication skills, the capacity to multi-task and the ability to work as part of a team. Ideally, you will be inquisitive and highly motivated, display initiative, work well under the direction of others and possess the ability to perform at a high level under pressure. What You'll Do

  • Analyze financial performance of a portfolio of highly leveraged companies and structured credit transactions with the goal of attaining in-depth credit knowledge

  • Construct complex financial models developed to project future credit performance and Enterprise V vValuation

  • Assist with preparation of detailed quarterly and annual credit memoranda on companies and identifying strengths and challenges; spread quarterly financial results of clients and update ongoing credit analysis

  • Assess individual company future adherence to credit agreement terms including but not limited to covenants

  • Collaborate with colleagues in Credit Risk Management and Origination team on a regular basis to maintain a proactive view of clients' performance

  • Secondary responsibilities include supporting periodic internal and regulatory audit, adhoc requests relating to amendments or transaction upsize requests and special projects; keep abreast of industry trends related to portfolio of companies

Skills You'll Need

  • Strong quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills; strong Excel and modelling skills, PowerPoint, Bloomberg familiarity

  • Solid accounting knowledge

  • Basic financial modeling skill

  • Basic knowledge of finance concepts such as Discounted Cash Flows and Weighted Average Cost or CapitalACC

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Finance or Accounting

Expectations

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the Jacksonville, FL office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in Jacksonville, FL is $75K to 96K. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
