  • Salary range - $80,000 to $85,000
  • Clearance - Secret Clearance is highly preferred - We are able to assist in obtaining an interim clearance for a qualified candidate.


SUMMARY: An Emergency Management (EM) Analyst supports all DAF Emergency Management, CBRN defense, and Emergency Management career field programs.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

In this specific role, the EM analyst will assist with the development and sustainment of an Emergency Management career field Quality Assurance program and manage the proficiency training plan. This position will have supervisor responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions



  • Establish, conduct, review, and update (as required) an EM Quality Assurance (QA) program consisting of individual and team evaluations in accordance with the EM proficiency Training Plan (PTP).
  • Travel to installation EM flights to conduct QA evaluations when required or requested.
  • Develop and sustain an approved method to track, monitor, and close identified findings or discrepancies within the QA program.
  • Develop a process to designate a certified team leader at each flight responsible for the administration of the flights QA program.
  • Developing, managing, and sustaining a credentialing and certification program.
  • Developing curriculum for and scheduling of mission essential equipment training, contingency training sites, and contingency skills training.
  • Supervisory responsibilities.
  • Additional duties and obligations outlined in the EM Support PWS, and assignments delegated by the DAWSON Contract Task Lead or DAWSON Supervisor.


Minimum Qualifications



  • 6 years or more CBRN defense, disaster preparedness, emergency management related field experience or 10 years or more field experience required.
  • SECRET or interim clearance or must meet eligibility for a U.S. Government security investigation and meet eligibility requirements for secret clearance.
  • Intermediate Level Excel Skills (Data Entry, Formulas).
  • Acute attention to detail & strong organizational skills.
  • Willingness to work with constantly changing priorities.
  • A current passport is required or must be acquired within the first 90 days of starting the position.
