The Junior Analyst will collaborate closely with Project Management and facilitate all aspects of program support. This position will require flexibility, a willingness to learn and perfect new and changing requirements, and the ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.




  • Annual Salary: $65,000 - $75,000 depending on applicant experience.
  • Location: Hybrid Schedule | Falls Church, VA



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:



  • Work as part of a team to support Project Management, Change Management, Business Process Re-engineering Planning and Business Case Analysis, Meeting Facilitation, and Concepts of Operations Plans Development
  • Assist in the development, preparation, editing, collection, and dissemination of briefings, agendas, meeting minutes/summaries, reports, and presentations
  • Conduct research and reviews of topic areas to provide up-to-date information to stakeholders when needed
  • Promote transparency and responsiveness to MHS stakeholders through effective communication, professional etiquette, and problem-solving skills
  • Identify opportunities for improvement to MHS Governance and/or team processes and drive implementation
  • Engage clients to track progress made on various clinical, business, and manpower/personnel projects; report potential issues/risks; and identify impact to client's initiatives
  • Support processes using metrics to assess various activities
  • Provide visualizations and dashboard tools support
  • Collaborate with project managers and team members in program planning, tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Provide input and report on monthly and quarterly data, as directed by client
  • Other duties, as assigned



QUALIFICATIONS:



  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
  • Advanced skills in MS Office and MS integrated apps
  • Excellent written and oral communications skills, both technical- and business-focused
  • Experience working in diverse team of individuals/personalities
  • Experience with client relations preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task, negotiate, and proactively solve problems
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
  • Flexibility to work in a rapidly changing environment
