POSITION SUMMARY:

The Front Desk Administrator serves as the primary point of contact for all office-related requests, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming corporate environment. This role oversees daily office operations, including facility management, vendor coordination, mail distribution, and front desk support. Acting as the central hub for communication, the Front Desk Administrator provides exceptional customer service to employees, executives, and external partners while maintaining office efficiency. Additionally, this role supports company initiatives, including office events and employee recognition programs, ensuring a positive and well-functioning workplace.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:



  1. Serves as the primary point of contact for all in-office requests, scheduling, and facility operations, ensuring a seamless office experience.
  2. Oversees building maintenance and collaborate with vendors to maintain a safe, efficient, and well-functioning corporate office.
  3. Provides responsive and professional support to corporate employees, managers, executives, and vendors.
  4. Manages incoming and outgoing mail and packages with accuracy and efficiency.
  5. Answers and direct calls from the corporate mainline with a high level of professionalism.
  6. Maintains and update the master floor plan and workstation assignments.
  7. Conducts regular office walkthroughs to uphold corporate standards and compliance.
  8. Addresses daily facility concerns, coordinate repairs, and oversee vendor services.
  9. Manages office supply inventory and procurement to support business needs.
  10. Supports employee engagement by administering the regional anniversary recognition program.
  11. Leads the office/regional Event Committee, ensuring events align with budget and company objectives.
  12. Upholds strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times.


QUALIFICATIONS:



  • High school diploma or equivalent required in office administration, business, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office coordinator, or front desk role, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Experience managing office operations, coordinating vendors, or handling facility-related tasks is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and customer-service-oriented demeanor.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office management tools.
  • Reliable and punctual, with a commitment to maintaining a consistent office presence.


PAY: $20-$23/hour
