Function:The function of this position is: To work as a team member to operate all coffee line packaging equipment as well as the shipping, receiving, and bulk unloading operations in a safe and productive manner. Maintain all required paperwork including but not limited to quality checks, production reports, and inventory and shipping and receiving documentation. To perform and understand quality checks and associated paper work in accordance with the Nestle QMS. To maintain general housekeeping and food safety related sanitation. To learn and adhere to good manufacturing practices. To support and contribute to a continuous improvement culture. Complete and understand all inventory transactions required for the position. To understand and follow the Waverly Norms.

Duties:

Inventory consumptions and reversals and accuracy

Quality checks

All associate shipping/receiving paperwork and computer transactions

Housekeeping and general sanitation

Operate and control line equipment

Perform any other duties assigned to you by a supervisor

Working with other team members to resolve line related problems

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous lift truck certification and experience highly desired.

Previous experience in a foodmanufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Must have basic proficiency of English language to comply with verbal and written directions, signs, policies and procedures.

Willing and able to stand on a frequent basis.

Willing and able towork overtime.

Willing and able to work various shifts.

Able to lift up to 50pounds.

**This is a 3rd shift position: 12 am-8 am, rotational overtime assigned

Pay $26.95/hr
