We have an excellent opportunity for an HR Generalist who is ready to take their next career step to HR Business Partner. This position is located at our Fremont, CA facility and will report to the Vice President, Human Resources - Americas. This is primarily an operational role with the opportunity to participate in and learn strategy development. The HRBP will be integral to executing HR's business-aligned strategy, partnering with business leaders, managing the delivery of quality HR services, and fostering a culture in which everyone is respected, valued, and provided opportunity to reach their full potential. In addition to the above, top candidates will have/be: Bachelor's degree in related field 3- 5 years' progressive HR experience 2 years' management experience Demonstrated business acumen. PHR or SHRM-SCP Experience with advanced HR-related technologies Experience in manufacturing industry Strong influencing skills Excellent presentation skills Target Compensation: 125,000.00 - 145,000.00 Elma offers a competitive salary and benefits package.
