We're looking for a full-time, Talent Acquisition Partner, to join the Day & Zimmermann team! The Talent Acquisition partner supports Munitions' staffing efforts by conducting full life cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be accountable for personal output while contributing to the overall success of Munitions' revenue generating efforts. Utilizing pro-active recruiting techniques, the Talent Acquisition Partner will Identify talent to fill immediate openings and pipeline for future opportunities. The Talent Acquisition Partner will work towards fulfilling both individual performance goals as well as contributing to the overall success of the Munitions business unit. In compliance with this state's pay transparency laws, the salary range for this role is $68,480 - $102,720. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
