Overview
This is a remote role open for multiple markets across the United States. This position is a liaison between business and IT responsible for collecting new demand from business stakeholders. Facilitates the development and maturity of IT service abilities by driving continuous positive change. Serves as a technical resource as needed and monitors compliance with all applicable IT or Enterprise Service Management (ITSM or ESM) standards or regulations. Ensures process improvements or changes are appropriately documented, implemented, and managed throughout the change lifecycle. Responsibilities
Qualifications Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Operational Information Technology services and support including processes, programs and procedures. OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Operational Information Technology services and support including processes, programs and procedures. Preferred Area of Experience:

Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law.
