WHAT YOU WILL DO We are looking for a Survey Project Manager to help us make a real impact in our Tri-Cities office. In this role, you will research projects and prepare budgets and proposals. You will direct project efforts by managing survey crews and technicians, and you will communicate within the company and with outside stakeholders. As a Survey Project Manager, you will work on a wide range of projects, including commercial, residential subdivisions, military, public infrastructure and ALTA surveys. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license and 10+ years of combined office and field experience Thorough understanding of land surveying principles and practices Working knowledge of AutoCAD Civil 3D in a land survey environment Knowledge of boundaries and preparation of legal descriptions A valid Washington State driver's license and the ability to obtain and maintain clearance to work at local military installations Strong verbal and written communication skills COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Actual pay will be based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Ranges are based on a 40-hour work week. $109,000 - $133,000. Annual discretionary performance-based bonus. 100% paid employee medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance and long-term disability protection. Subsidized dependent coverage. Option of PPO health plan or HDHP with Health Savings Account (HSA) with company contribution. Optional Flexible Spending Account (FSA). Paid Time Off (PTO) Benefits. PTO is accrued at 16.5 days (132 hours) annually for new hires. 8 company-paid holidays each calendar year. Discretionary company-matched 401(k) plan. Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
