What The Role Is:

Foreclosure prevention for mortgagor's and to mitigate the loss to insured investors.

How You will Make an Impact:



  • Solicit delinquent and problem loans for loss mitigation.
  • Conduct phone and face to face interviews with borrowers for loss mitigation processes.
  • Send and process incoming borrower response packets.
  • Counsel borrowers about various loan programs and help them to select the program that best fits their financial goals and needs.
  • Assist the loss mitigation staff in gathering necessary documents from the borrower.
  • Work closely with staff from Fannie Mae, FHA, VA, USDA and all other agencies as required.
  • Provide and maintain a professional business like atmosphere within the organization and represent the financial institution to the investors and government agencies



Who You Are:



  • Have a good understanding of loss mitigation
  • Work well under stress and able to meet deadlines
  • Must be able to work independently under pressure
  • Must be detailed oriented and able to follow set guidelines
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills
  • Understanding of excel spreadsheets, word and basic computer skills
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Works cooperatively with others
