Under the general direction of the CalFresh Healthy Living Academic Coordinator, the Community Education Supervisor 2 (CE Sup 2) is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day delivery, management, and evaluation of the CalFresh Healthy Living, UCCE Program in Ventura County. Responsibilities include hiring, supervising and training staff; co-developing annual budgets and providing first-level review of expenditures; co-developing and implementing yearly work plans; tracking and evaluating work plan activities and objectives; and writing reports. This position develops local procedures to ensure program staff follow applicable polices, builds and maintains formal and informal coalitions or partnerships with people and agencies with aligned goals in Ventura County, identifies innovative strategies to promote increased food and nutrition security and community health among eligible clientele, and maintains subject matter competence.

This position is a career appointment that is 100% fixed.

Pay Scale: $61,000.00/year to $83,900.00/year.
