DESCRIPTION
Longeviti is seeking an individual to fulfill the role of Quality Assurance/Quality Control Manager on an upcoming proposal. This is a key position. The incumbent shall influence day-to-day management of contract support operations, involving multiple tasks and groups of personnel at multiple locations, or on a single project. This work is to be performed at FLETC facility located in Charleston, SC and the JBC/WS in Goose Creek, SC. The centers are federal government training facilities hosting students from multiple agencies and provides a wide range of basic and advanced law enforcement training.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist project management as required in managing contract performance.
- Provide technical guidance to the project team in performance of the work and reviews the quality of all work products
- Organize, direct, and coordinate the planning and production of all contract support activities.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:
- Possess at least five (5) years of recent (within the past 10 years) responsible experience in the inspection and oversight of facility related work including maintenance, repairs, and preventative maintenance.
- Have demonstrated skills and knowledge in the written documentation of work acceptance, rejection, and noted deficiencies. This includes work performed by the Facilities and Grounds Maintenance staff as well as subcontractors hired by the Contractor.
- Possess a demonstrated knowledge of applicable codes and regulatory requirements, including but not limited to, the International Building Code, National Electric Code, National Fire Protection Code, and various Federal, State and Local code requirements.
- Have basic computer skills to include the ability to input data into the system and generate various reports and correspondence as required.
Preferred Skill - strong background in safety and health as applied to personnel support services.
