Overview
This position is responsible for relationship management of Third-Party Origination (Correspondent and Wholesale) counterparties and mortgage products. Determines needs and offers appropriate solutions, identifying sales opportunities via referrals and prospecting efforts. Partners with third-party mortgage originators to promote products, ensuring all activities create value for the Bank. Provides ongoing support and training to customers by answering daily inquiries and resolving issues. Serves as a product resource to both internal and external parties in order to generate revenue and acquire business for the Bank. Responsibilities
