Description and Requirements

Job Responsibilites:

Business Case Development:

  • Derive and implement business cases to enhance Omni Channel Customer
  • Translate various business requirements into data-driven models, analysis, and insights.

Data Preparation and Automation:

  • Prepare data from various sources to connect data sources and automate ETL processes.
  • Work in web and data ecosystems, utilizing data to improve the web experience for customers.
  • Collaboration and Data Gathering:
  • Collaborate and gather essential data points aligned with Measurement KPIs and framework.
  • Suggest improvements to data collection and analysis processes for more effective measurement programs.

Analytical Skills:

  • Demonstrate exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, communicating key insights and findings to collaborators.

Skills and Interests:

  • Exhibit interest in business strategy, technology, analytics, or experience design through coursework, extracurricular activities, or work/internship experience.
  • Possess superb communication and presentation skills to convey findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Industry Knowledge:

  • Stay on top of industry trends and best practices in VoC data analysis and customer experience management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Applicants must be pursuing or graduated with a Masters in Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics or a similar quantitative field. You must have a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.75.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Python, SQL, Adobe Tech stack and Power BI to manipulate data and draw insights from large datasets
  • Statistical techniques and concepts (regression, properties of distributions, statistical tests, etc.)
  • Determined to deliver high-quality work
  • Must have good energy, a positive attitude, and thrive in creative thinking
  • Real problem solver and confident to make decisions
  • Strong problem-solving skills with an emphasis on data product development.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating across teams.
  • A drive to learn and master new technologies and techniques.
  • Self-starter with ability to prioritize critical tasks, as well as deliver on assignments within deadlines
  • Proficiency in data analysis, preferably with a focus on customer data and insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work optimally with people at all levels.

This is a paid internship position. The base salary range budgeted for this position is $25 - $42/hour.
