Summary: The Device Education Manager will assist the Associate Director of Device Education in proactively identify strategies to support education and generation of data/information to expand the value proposition for Pacira's products. This individual will lead projects focused on deploying tactics which are customized to resolve the customer's unmet needs. The Device Education Manager will align with the field sales personnel to function as a conduit for external stakeholders, including but not limited to, large group practices, new audiences, and educational targets as it relates to key strategic initiatives and customers identified in local territories. Will provide training and education leadership integrating support for the value proposition of Pacira's products. The Device Education Manager will serve as a training and education liaison between internal Pacira personnel and external customers. Key internal relationships include: , Training, Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, National Accounts, Strategic Accounts, and the Sr. Directors, Thought Leader Liaison team. External relationships include but are not limited to: key opinion leaders (KOL's), department directors and system leaders of academic and non-academic institutions, corporate leaders of key group practices, allied health educators, targeted educational organizations and partnerships that can support education of target segments. Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, talk, move between spaces, reach with hands and arms and stoop. This position requires considerable hospital presence and requires the ability to walk and stand for periods of time and to navigate through hospitals, surgical centers, and other healthcare facilities, including ORs. The employee is regularly required to travel by automobile as well as by airplane and other forms of public transportation. The employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time (up to several hours straight). The employee will be required to move quickly in OR and other hospital environments. Benefits
