What You Will Do: Our Industrial Refrigeration Airside Products Engineering team has an immediate opening for a full-time, direct hire, degreed mechanical engineer. Responsibilities includes applying engineering principles to develop new products, maintain existing products, and process sales orders for FRICK branded airside equipment used primarily in food processing rooms. You will be joining a team of engineers who work together and independently to meet company goals. Work will be completed individually and with the help of others. The individual will interface with sales, purchasing, other engineering groups, and manufacturing to identify and implement improvements related to design, part selection and fabrication. This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship. How You Will Do It: As a Project Engineer, you will use commercially available CAD and engineering software along with proprietary in-house engineering configuration tools. What We Look For: Preferred Qualified candidates will have a good understanding of engineering principles, theories, concepts, and processes related to the mechanical and thermodynamic aspects of compressors, heat exchangers and associated systems. He or she must demonstrate proficiency in mechanical design and be able to conceptualize and implement design ideas into the finished product.
