Pricing Coordinator

What you will do

This position is responsible for assisting in the administration of the Distributor Pricing Plan and the expeditious resolution of complaints and problems presented by Independent Distributors as well as the preparation of pricing credits related to all UPG pricing programs.

How you will do

• Supports Pricing Analysts in the initial review and research on new quote requests.
• Processes entry-level IPA claim back claims
• Processes high-level IPA claims with minimal assistance from the analyst.
• Processes National account claims.
• Verifies and processes debit memos to correct invoicing discrepancies.
• Research and answer distributor inquiries concerning sales and invoicing.
• Filing and record-keeping related to approved quotes, and distributor pricing claims.
• Reviews for accuracy and enters manual credits and debits submitted for customers from the Sales Force, Marketing, Sales Services, Engineering, Manufacturing test labs, National Accounts, Pricing, and others.
• Monitor Billing error reports and release billing blocks on credits and debits.

What we look for

• Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent combined education and experience.
• Proficiency in a Windows operating environment, including e-mail and Microsoft Office software.
• Strong interpersonal skills and decision-making ability.
• Effective and professional communication and organization skills.
• Solid spreadsheet development, math, problem-solving, and analysis skills.
