As Senior Manager Global Incentives you will be an essential incentive design team member within our center of excellence partnering with Human Resources and business leadership to drive design, planning and implementation of effective incentive plans and policies for a portion of our portfolio. To do this you will work closely with business leaders to navigate sales compensation topics, finding solutions that support their objectives while staying true to our strategic compensation framework. Success requires building strong relationships, tackling complex issues, influencing change, elegantly communicating complicated concepts and analysis. This role reports to the Head of Sales Compensation and regularly collaborates with HR, Sales, Finance, and Sales leaders.
Develop strategic relationships and collaborate with the Business Leaders Cultivate and maintain a working knowledge of business mission and offerings Serve as consultant to BU Management in BU-wide TR strategies Participate in compensation strategy creation and coach business leaders to maximize impact of incentive compensation on selling behaviors Assess Sales Compensation plan alignment to corporate strategy and sales Go-to-Market Partner with sales and business leaders to ensure plan effectiveness and identify corrective actions Lead incentive design and facilitate implementation of new incentive compensation plans and programs that meet local regulatory compliance and governance/audit programs Evaluate fiscal responsibility of plan design to generate proper return-on-investment with regards to incentive spend versus revenue/profit generation Work with data and analysts to develop compensation models to derive useful compensation insights that will drive our decision making Develop communication, documentation, and learning materials for incentives Reinforce governance processes: management cadence, target setting, communication platform, scorecard reporting, eligible population definitions, year-end calculation process, etc. Deliver total rewards support or general tasks as assigned
Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting or Business Administration/Operation Minimum of 10 years of experience, out of which 5+ years' experience in incentive compensation design Broad knowledge of all total rewards components (grading, base salary structures, variable pay practices, benefits, etc.) Project management: ability to successfully run multiple projects simultaneously across different regions Communication: ability to interact with and influence/guide stakeholders at different levels of the organization High emotional intelligence to successfully steer change management initiatives towards standardized approach Previous experience with large HR systems - Workday or PeopleSoft
WorldatWork Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP) WorldatWork Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) MBA Prior experience in technological, digital or service industry Understanding of the dynamics of a products and manufacturing environment
