The Industry Director, Healthcare will be responsible for building the healthcare strategy which includes driving adoption of offerings and serving as the voice of the industry for internal and external conversations. How you will do it
Develop and execute business plan focused on growth strategies and providing insights and direction for Healthcare-focused JCI personnel. Define JCI value proposition for Healthcare using knowledge acquired through in-depth research and continuous analysis of the customer/market, key buying influences, the industry, market conditions, competitor strategy and offerings, and pricing/costs structures. Partner with Product Management to provide requirements and develop Healthcare solution set roadmaps. Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) and reporting metrics that provide focus for the various JCI Business Units aligned with this industry. Refine the global marketing strategy for integrated solution to the Healthcare market. Advise on market-based pricing informed by customer needs and price sensitivity analysis. Create strategic partnerships to drive depth of solutions, as well as to open new relationships.
Critical Success Factors
Anticipating and translating market trends to internal stakeholders to take meaningful actions within the JCI organization. Must understand the growth vectors (Digital, Sustainability, Healthy Buildings and Total Service Growth) in Healthcare and be an adoption champion. Must be able to strike the right balance of growth investments and profitability to meet and exceed industry plan. Must be familiar with healthcare GTM and regulations for adopting new offerings as well as have strong relationships in the industry
What we look for
10+ years' experience working within healthcare industry with demonstrated results Progressive technical solutions sales, sales leadership and/or business development experience Cross functional experience within our technologies, products, and solutions (HVAC/R, Security, Fire Detection & Suppression, etc.) Thought leader, both in the market and within the organization Experience leading in a complex, matrixed organization to achieve goals with only influence (not control) Incumbents must have strong multitasking and organizational skills to maximize customer facing events and intraorganizational responsibilities. Ability to travel 25-50%
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $176,300 - $235,300. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
