Graphic Design and Onboarding Internship Summer 2025

Reporting to the New Hire Onboarding Program Manager, you will gain hands-on experience in graphic design while contributing to projects including content creation for internal use, designing flyers, posters, infographics, and editing website content. This intern will create content for internal use, design flyers, posters, and infographics to promote events and initiatives, and collaborate with team members to implement design concepts. You will update website content to ensure an engaging user experience and contribute to the development of branding materials and assets. You will also present and facilitate orientation to interns and new hires and help create presentations for HR-related functions.

This team works a 9x80 schedule at our Willow Creek facility near Idaho Falls, Idaho.

• Undergraduate enrolled full time at an accredited college/university studying Human Resources, Business Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field.
• A minimum overall 3.0 GPA.
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (including CPT and OPT).

Compensation and Benefits:

• Undergraduate Internships ($26.16/hour - $31.47/hour).
• Masters Internships and PhD Internships Pre-Candidacy ($32.87/hour - $35.26/hour).
• PhD Internships Post-Candidacy ($35.95/hour - $38.41/hour).
• Eligible interns are provided paid holiday time off, and many of our internships offer travel reimbursements.
• Multi-Level: This is a multi-level posting and you will be placed at the appropriate level dependent on degree field and level of education.
