Sales Intern - Houston, TX

The Role

The Atlas Copco intern will be taught and coached on how to perform the following assignments that are critical to Oil Free Sales team success and work on the below projects:

• Assist in the creation email campaigns, online promotion, etc.
• Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials
• Assist with the fulfillment of marketing offers
• Perform analysis of marketing and sales data
• Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline

Over the course of the summer, the intern will:

- Become the SMARTlink ambassador internally & externally. They will work with customers to register all assets and provide bi-weekly customer training to drive customer awareness.

- Cold call strategic accounts and use selling pitch/technique to get an appointment for the outside sales team. The intern will join these visits if local to the office.

• $18/hr for 40 hours / week - 10 weeks

• Undergraduate student majoring in Sales, Marketing, or Advertising

• Extensive knowledge of social media

• Driven and hard-working

• Ability to take direction and multi-task

• PowerPoint, Word and Excel experience a plus
