Security Site Manager

Allied Universal is hiring a Site Manager. The Site Manager will be responsible for the security of a high profile client's facility, property, and surrounding campus for a designated shift. The Site Manager performs general security duties as directed in the protection of persons and property and the enforcement of all applicable policies, rules, and regulations, as specified in post orders, and will deter criminal activity and misconduct.

Minimum Qualifications:

* At least one year of supervisory experience and relatable job experience

* Takes pride in professional appearance of him/herself and team members

* Stellar Attendance - 0 unexcused absences in the past 365 days of employment (internal only)

* Completion of all state and company required training

* Exceptional verbal communication skills including speaking publicly with clients and providing presentations

* Exceptional reading/writing proficiency (English)

* On call as needed

* Good grasp of smartphone technology and ability to learn scheduling programs

* Knowledge and experience of MS Office Suite programs

* Availability to work as needed to complete the mission

Desired Qualifications:

* Any relevant previous experience as mentioned in this bulletin

* Personal ownership of work responsibilities

* Teachable, willing to lead and still follow directions, flexible and adaptable to job needs

* Adept at learning new software and technology

* Careful attention to, and ability to remember, key details

* Ability to envision, strategize, and execute operational plans that improve efficacy
