Location:This role is fully onsite in our Pleasanton, CA office.

Compensation: $30 - $35/hr + benefits

Hours: Tues - Thursday (27hrs/wk)

About the role

As a Services Technician, you will perform PC break/fix onsite and remotely. We will count on you to identifying the problem and determining the most efficient and cost-effective way to resolve the problem, keeping customer downtime to a minimum. Along the way, you will get to:

• Maintain knowledge of new technologies resulting in continued client satisfaction.
• Provide first technical support and leadership support. This includes, but is not limited to, responding to questions, assisting with troubleshooting, and determining problems.
• Maintain and protect assets and property. This includes spare parts, loaners, tools and test equipment, as well as equipment that may be provided by Insight's customers.
• Escalate service problems and issues to the service manager appropriate.

What we're looking for

• Experience with Microsoft Teams
• Experience with SCCM, Asset Management, machine imagining, possible Mac/Apple device support, ServiceNow, and Citrix preferred
• Ideal candidate must be able to develop relationships with all levels of customers within the business (individual contributor to c-suite)
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds, bend, crawl and stand and sit for 8 hours
