Education Industry Solutions, Director Salesforce Industries is a growing and strategic constellation of clouds that spans over 13 business verticals. Salesforce is committed to and focused on increasing the innovation and efficiency of the education vertical with Education Cloud. To achieve this goal, we continue to build our Education Industry Solutions team, focused on delivering education technology solutions to help education institutions with the entire student lifecycle from recruiting and admissions, through the full student experience in and out of the classroom, to post-secondary & career success. The Education Industry Solutions Director is responsible for being an industry expert to drive strategy, enable partners & the ecosystem, and work with product managers to create specific products and solutions to support school & student success. The team is one where self-directed individuals thrive, and one where your vision for increasing the impact of technology and education in the social change sector can be realized. We are looking for a talented and passionate Education Industry Solutions Director, possessing a deep understanding of education market problems, common IT systems, and the extended partner ecosystem, to define technology solution sets and drive go-to-market strategy, execution, and positioning to help revolutionize the education market - from recruiting and admissions to student success and student information management to fundraising and grants management. As part of the Industry Solutions team, this role will partner closely with Product Management, Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Alliances and Customer Success. With a solid understanding of Salesforce technologies and the education market you will leverage a variety of channels to gain and quantify market insight, define major market success themes, and drive education-specific product innovation in support of overall strategy and revenue targets.
