The Role:

Summary:

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will work with moderate supervision to resolve day to day issues relating to Planning, Manufacturing, and Financial and Costing teams within the factory to support the collection, entry, and reporting of manufacturing and inventory management functions. You will collaborate with departments to maintain continuity and open communication for continuous improvement of operation processes. Additionally, you willmeet all safety, health, quality, and environmental requirements when performing job duties.

Primary Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Works cross functionally with key departments to ensure accurate inventory is being issued to work orders, including collaboratively working, teaching, coaching, and providing feedback to individuals.

  • Monitor, review and analyze production process orders to ensure proper flow of materials, investigating variances and/or issues that arise. Utilizing varying platform systems to accomplish front to end transactions to ensure proper inventory recording.

  • Analyze and ensuring accuracy of production order variances.

  • Navigating and understanding various system to resolve any problems that prevent the production operation from operating.

  • Prepare work order packets for production and warehouse support functions.

  • Report weekly work order closure gaps with production and warehouse.

  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications (Education, Training, Experience, Knowledge, Skills, Physical Requirements):

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and 3+ years of planning/scheduling, production control, and/or inventory accounting experience in a manufacturing, or related environment

OR

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Management, Operations or Similar

  • 1-3 years SAP experience highly desired

  • Ability to work across functions

  • Strong communication skills

  • Strong MS office skills

  • Strong organization skills and the motivation to complete tasks with a sense of urgency

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to support the operation as needed

  • Salary in the $ 46,300 - 52,400 /year range.
