TRIA Orthopedics/HealthPartners is currently hiring an Associate Marketing Consultant with a passion for sports and orthopedics. This role is pivotal in leading impactful marketing projects that align with TRIA's mission to deliver exceptional sports medicine and orthopedic care. The Associate Marketing Consultant oversees small to medium marketing projects and participate in other marketing work as directed. They support day-to-day work in cross-team collaboration, with a focus on learning the business and developing their marketing skills and capabilities. Will work to understand needs of teams and support efforts that enable them to achieve their marketing and brand objectives. This unique opportunity involves managing TRIA's local community sports sponsorships in the Twin Cities and spearheading sports medicine-focused marketing efforts. As a key player, you will shape TRIA's presence in the athletic community while advancing our reputation as a leader in sports and orthopedic care. Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or 2+ equivalent years of job-related experience
- 1 year of marketing or related industry experience
- Demonstrates attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and complete deadline driven activities.
- Willingness and commitment to learning about the business, industry, and marketing strategies and technologies.
- Clear, timely and effective communicator that actively listens and appreciates multiple perspectives
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite
- Understanding of a budget
- Builds rapport in an open, friendly and accepting way
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare or orthopedic marketing (internship, college projects/course work, etc.)
- Experience in highly regulated field with legal, compliance and privacy related components
- Knowledge of sports medicine, professional sports, or athletic partnerships
- Experience working with B2B and consumer facing marketing.
- Experience working with sales, business partners, physician leadership or athletic organizations is a plus.
- Background as an athlete or passionate sports enthusiast
Hours/Location:
- Schedule: M-F, daytime hours
- Work Arrangement: Primarily remote (95%); occasional office days with advance notice.
- Travel: On-site meetings with sports and community partners in the Twin Cities
Responsibilities:
- Work Preparation and Review: Prepares work and reviews others' work according to the marketing plan, seeking final approvals from leaders or other applicable approvers.
- Project Management: Manages marketing projects ranging from small to medium in scale and complexity.

- Strategic Planning: Participates in the development of the marketing strategic plan at leadership's direction
- Project Support: Supports larger projects with leadership or senior team member oversight.
- Strategic Execution: Executes marketing strategies and tactics according to plans.
- Approval Facilitation: Facilitates reviews and approvals of work with the appropriate approver.
- Skill Development: Learns systems and tools used across the team and works to increase marketing skills and capabilities.
- Effective Communication: Communicates clearly, timely, and effectively, actively listening and appreciating multiple perspectives.
- Proactive Relationship Development: Develops relationships with partners and colleagues proactively, taking ownership of maintaining key relationships.
