Pay: $26.00/hr - $29.00/hr 2nd Shift: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM Requirements: A minimum of 1+ years of QA team leadership or supervisory experience is needed, preferably with a background in food or a similarly regulated industry. Candidates should possess excellent attention to detail, a high school diploma or equivalent, food safety experience, and a solid understanding of HACCP and GMP principles. Job Duties: Supervise, schedule, and coordinate the efforts of Quality Assurance Technicians Mentor and train Quality Assurance Technicians on quality, food safety, and personnel safety guidelines Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure compliance with established quality and food safety policies and procedures Assist in maintaining the facility's "audit-ready" status in manufacturing environments and record keeping Monitor and enforce all GMP and food safety compliance Review, date, and sign daily HACCP CCP documentation If you are hard-working, detail-oriented, and thrive in an exciting environment, this outstanding job opportunity is ready for you!
